MCM Consultants designed an 8,400 square foot office space for the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation, and coordinated their move to an upper floor of a high-rise building in Center City Philadelphia.
MCM managed every aspect of the project’s design and construction, and oversaw the move as well. The new office design integrates the existing traditional elements of the space with edgy and modern features to reflect the exciting dynamic of the GPTMC organization.
One of the new design features is a glass boardroom wall with graphics that create privacy while showcasing the various campaigns of GPTMC, such as “With Love, Philadelphia XOXO.” The graphics are highlighted by color-changing LED lights. New boardroom & lounge furniture, and workstations were provided to coordinate with the remaining existing furniture & workstations.
MCM brought this project in under budget and fulfilled the client’s checklist of needs and wishes.
GPTMC is a private, non-profit organization that promotes leisure travel to Philadelphia & the countryside.
